WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
An item that can be purchased in advance of it arriving to our distribution center. Pre-order lets you secure items before we have them in stock.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
We provide an approximate shipping date; however this may change. In some instances, it may be shipped sooner or take a little longer due to supply chain issues. Once your item is here, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days depending on your delivery choice.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRE-ORDER IS DELAYED?
We have not forgotten, supply chain issues are out of our control, our team will notify you. Please don’t hesitate to contact our support team with any questions.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY PRE-ORDER?
You will be charged for the item upon checkout.
Please note: Once the pre-order is processed, your full payment is captured. Our system does not allow for authorization holds.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
If you decide you no longer want this item before you have a shipping confirmation, you can cancel without a restocking fee. You will not be charged shipping for the pre-order item. Please contact our support team if you would like to cancel at any time before shipment.
CAN I MODIFY MY PRE-ORDER?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify a pre-order. Please get in touch with our support team to cancel the order. Once canceled, you can proceed to place a new order with the correct item.
