REFUND POLICY
ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For purchases made online, you may return your purchases online or in store. Please have your order number available for reference.
REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE
RETURNS
You can initiate a return within 14 days from the shipping date to receive a refund to the original method of payment.
Please note that a return postage fee (see below) will be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCHANGES & CREDIT
You can initiate an exchange for merchandise or credit within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

SALE MERCHANDISE
RETURNS
Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are considered FINAL SALE.
EXCHANGES & CREDIT
All other sale items marked with a discount of less than 50% can be exchanged for merchandise or credit within 14 days from the shipping date. After this period, we will no longer accept returns.

IN-STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For purchases made in store, you may return or exchange your purchases in store only.

EXCHANGES & CREDIT
You can initiate an exchange for merchandise or store credit within 21 days of purchase, after 21 days, we will no longer accept returns.
SALE MERCHANDISE
Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with hangtags attached.
Sale items marked at 50% off or greater are not eligible for return or exchange.
Robes, socks, underwear, swimwear, water bottles, and sporting equipment are FINAL SALE for hygienic reasons.

To begin a return for a international order, please contact support@reigningchamp.com with the following information: your order number, items you’d like to return.
Our retail stores in Vancouver and Toronto are able to accept online returns. Please have your order number available for reference.
RECEIVED A GIFT?
Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit. If you have received a gift, please email support@reigningchamp.com
POSTAGE FEE
A postage fee enables us to offer pre-paid return labels for all orders. This fee helps cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Vancouver.
This fee is not built into our prices because we believe in making our products available to you at the fairest possible cost.
Canadian returns are subject to a $8 postage fee, deducted from your refund. USA returns are subject to a $20 postage fee, deducted from your refund. International returns are subject to a $45 postage fee, deducted from your refund.
