RETURN POLICY

Once your order is fulfilled you have 30 days to begin a return. You will receive a pre-paid return label via email.

We are currently unable to accept returns from outside Canada and the USA.

Our retail stores in Vancouver and Toronto are able to accept online returns. Please have your order number available for reference.

If you are returning multiple orders from the USA, please contact customer support for assistance.

Items must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with hangtags attached.

Discounted items and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Robes, socks, underwear, swimwear, headwear, water bottles and sporting equipment are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item you purchased, please initiate a return via the links above and place a new order at your convenience.

 

POSTAGE FEE

A postage fee enable us to offer pre-paid return labels for all orders.

This fee helps cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Vancouver. This fee is not built into our prices because we believe in making our products available to you at the fairest possible cost.

Canadian returns are subject to a $8 postage fee, deducted from your refund.
USA returns are subject to a $20 postage fee, deducted from your refund.

PRICE PROTECTION POLICY

We honour price adjustments under the following conditions:

  • An item has gone on sale, or its price has been reduced, within 14 days of placing your order.
  • The item in question is still available in the same style and size purchased.

If these conditions are met, please contact us and we will refund the difference to the original payment method.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items which become eligible for discount codes, including additional discounts offered on remaining sale items. Discount codes are only applicable on the next purchase during their eligible period.
