HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINE DATES
For delivery by December 24, please ensure you place your order before the cut-off times below:
Order by December 13, 11:59pm PST for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
Order by December 22, 11:59pm PST for delivery to all other states in the US.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 p.m. Pacific Time will ship on the same business day. Please note we are closed on Canadian holidays.
Transit Time: Estimated transit times begin when your order is shipped, and do not include weekends or holidays.
Customs & Duties: When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures that cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred depending upon the destination country’s import laws.
Reigning Champ is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.
USA SHIPPING
Orders with a subtotal of $50 or more receive free standard shipping.
Standard – $12 flat rate for orders below $50, dispatched via Fedex International Economy®
Express – $22 flat rate, dispatched via Fedex International Priority®
GLOBAL SHIPPING
Orders with a subtotal of $400 or more receive free shipping via Fedex International Economy®
Orders with a subtotal below $400 ship for a flat rate of $30 USD.
LOST SHIPMENTS
Reigning Champ is not liable for shipments lost in transit.
If your order status is Delivered, please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbours if they may have received it for you. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as Delivered before they’re dropped off.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Support team and we will attempt to locate your package.
AS A FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURE, WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR LOST PACKAGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
