Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates
For delivery by December 24, place your order by 11:59pm PT on December 22.
For delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, place your order by 11:59pm PT on December 19.

Shipping Restrictions
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via Standard Shipping. Additional transit time may apply.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.
We do not currently ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine and Belarus.

Taxes & Duties
Taxes
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Duties
All U.S. orders ship duty-free.
Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
Lost Shipments
Reigning Champ is not liable for shipments lost in transit.
If your order status is Delivered, please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbours if they may have received it for you. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as Delivered before they’re dropped off.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, we’ll do our best to help during customer support hours. Call or text us at 1-833-375-7294, or live chat with us.
As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.
Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
International Shipping
Shipping Options
Receive free shipping via Fedex International Economy® for purchases of $400 and over, excluding taxes.
Purchases with a subtotal below $400 ship for a flat rate of $30 USD.

Customs & Duties
When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures that cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred depending upon the destination country’s import laws.
