Reigning Champ ships via FedEx for orders to Canada, and by DHL for orders to the United States and internationally. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information.
If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders.
Orders with a total value exceeding $175 receive free express shipping to Canada and the USA.
Flat rates for orders below $175:
Express shipping to Canada – $10 CAD
Express shipping to the USA – $10 USD
International express shipping – $30 USD
Please note: “Free Shipping” promotions are only valid for orders to Canada and the USA.
All orders placed on reigningchamp.com Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. Reigning Champ will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. Due to the high demand on special projects, please allow 3-5 business days for Reigning Champ to process and ship these orders.
All purchases placed on December 24th after 2pm PST through to December 26th, will be shipped out on the 30th due to the holiday closures. Any order placed on December 26th will follow our regular shipping policy and will be shipped out after 48 hours for order processing, not including weekends or holidays.
Please expect 2-3 business days for shipping within Canada and the USA, and 7-9 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
Please note, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Reigning Champ is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (FedEx or DHL). Reigning Champ does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
