Reigning Champ ships via Canada Post, Fedex and DHL. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information.

If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

Orders with a total value exceeding $175 receive free express shipping via Fedex International Economy®

Flat rates:

Fedex International Economy® – $10 USD

GLOBAL SHIPPING RATES

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on reigningchamp.com Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. Reigning Champ will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. Due to the high demand on special projects, please allow 3-5 business days for Reigning Champ to process and ship these orders.

Please expect 2-3 business days for shipping within Canada and the USA, and 7-9 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays.

Please note, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

 

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Reigning Champ is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (FedEx or DHL). Reigning Champ does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
